English Newsom Cellars is one of the few Texas wineries that has complete control from soil to bottle. This means we are equipped with the full spectrum of tools and machinery to operate within our vine to bottle model. We are also one of the few wineries in Texas with two 20-ton presses, adequate for large production capacity.
